Adventures with Lewis & Clark
I must be the luckiest person! A weekend with three of my favorite people and one of my favorite spots! Carroll, thank you again for opening your house to me, my family, and Shan. We had a splendid time! The Lewis & Clark suite was so comfortable! Too bad the rivers were flooded and I couldn't take the boys to the confluence. It's okay... There will be a next time! Thank you for being such a lovely hostess, for taking such good care of us, and for sharing your house.

Genealogy Visit
Staying at Parmele House four nights was the highlight of our visit to the Plattsmouth area. Carroll was the perfect hostess and couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. Carroll is also a wonderful cook, the amount and variety of the Breakfast was great! Hope to return for another stay.

December Wedding Guests
Thank you Carroll for making it so enjoyable for our family in from Pennsylvania. You were so great to work with and had room for everyone, even those who came earlier than expected. It was great to have the family close to us and know they were well taken care of at night. They enjoyed their stay and are ready to visit Nebraska again. Thanks

Great Time Had by All!
Carol, Thanks for making our stay something special. The beds were comfy, the rooms spacious, and the decor the best! Of course, the host was even better! I liked being able to meet Elmer and your son. We really enjoyed the weekend and a delightful visit to the historic downtown. I can see why visitors come from all over the place to get a chance to stay at your wonderful location. The short drive to Omaha would make anyone skip the downtown hustle and bustle to spend a relaxing time in the suburb with you... and do some wildlife watching, too! We will definitely be back when our path takes us that direction again.

Thanksgiving Dinner
Words can't say how impressed I was! Carroll kindly invited me to Thanksgiving dinner here, and I had a great time! The house was warm and cozy, and filled with the little amenities that count! I will definitely keep this in mind if I have family visiting in the future. Thank you!

2nd Anniversary
We had a wonderful time. My husband said that his favorite part of our whole anniversary was Carroll's signature bread pudding breakfast ~ it was absolutely wonderful! My favorite part was visiting with Carroll. The house was beautiful and inviting, and the hostess was extremely kind, thoughtful, and generous. Thank you for a wonderful time! We look forward to visiting again.

My Grandmother's 90th Birthday Luncheon
Carroll what a wonderful afternoon we had at your beautiful home. My grandmother, Alice Grosshans, turned 90 on August 3, 2007. You provided a relaxing and intimate atmosphere for a few of our family members to celebrate her life. I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation I had with you about owning a B & B and I look forward to visiting with you more. Your home and your furnishings are simply amazing!!

3rd Anniversary

WildFlower Weekend
I have just returned to the "real world" after spending a blissful weekend at the Parmele House. Carroll is a brilliant hostess. Her easy going ways, great breakfasts, directions and advise on local activites made our stay perfect. When you visit Plattsmouth, make sure you check out the Confluence and Carroll's Main Street Scavenger Hunt! I cannot wait to return. Carroll, will you rent the WildFlower Room for months at a time?
